Kathryn established PEP in New Zealand in 1995, and rapidly grew the business into a team that has consulted to the "Who's Who" of New Zealand business. She has an outstanding background in human resources, and sales management and administration.

Kathryn has established herself as one of New Zealand’s most respected productivity coaches and mentors for Chief Executives in medium to large organisations. She is on the advisory boards of a number fast-growing New Zealand small and medium businesses.
