Mr. Kerry Gleeson is the founder of the Institute for Business Technology (IBT), International. Mr. Gleeson is the author of two best-selling books, The Personal Efficiency Program - How to Get Organized to Do More Work in Less Time which The Personal Efficiency Program (PEP) is based on.

Mr. Gleeson worked in a variety of sales, marketing and management positions prior to 1983, he observed that his clients frequently could not make the time to rapidly implement the marketing programs he designed for them. To solve this, he developed a unique approach to workload management called the Personal Efficiency Program (PEP). The program was extensively tested throughout one of the largest financial institutions in Sweden (Svenska Handelsbanken) on its 5000 managers and employees.

Mr. Gleeson formed the Institute for Business Technology in 1983 to market the Personal Efficiency Program and other services directed at increasing white-collar productivity. Since then, he has spent the last 20 years traveling throughout Europe, South East Asia and the Americas, establishing an international network of companies under the umbrella of IBT.
