Personal Efficiency Program

Personal Efficiency Program (PEP) was designed and developed by Coach and Ocnsultant Kerry Gleeson in Sweden to help individuals and companies improve their workload management.

PEP develops the skills of efficiency (getting things done with least amount of effort) and effectiveness (concentrating effort on doing the right things) both in an individual and organizational context.

PEP has assisted over 1.2 million professionals worldwide to meet deadlines, concentrate on their efforts in a more focused manner and develop protocols with their teams to address many of the problems raised by crisis management and other workplace irritants.

PEP has helped participants improve the way they deal with paper and electronic information, personal work organization, work planning and time management.

It also challenges teams to look at their processes interactions, allowing them to seek improvement in the way they interact with external environment.
