Ms Tan Lay Hong
Associate Consultant/ Trainer
Lay Hong experience in civil litigation and commercial practice. Her principal area of research is on Chinese business law particularly on the trade and investment laws of the PRC and corporate and securities law. She has published papers in international journals such as the Asia Pacific Law Review, the Company Lawyer and the Australian Journal of Corporate Law. She is on the board of oversea editor of The Journal of Financial Crime, U.K publication. She teaches a course on basic principles of contract and tort law to the business and engineering undergraduates at Nanyang Technological University. She also teaches Chinese trade and investment laws to post-graduate MBA students at Nanyang Business School as Associate Professor with the Division of Business Law.
