An active member of local and international institutions of Marketing, Ivan has been in the sales, marketing and communication profession for the last 32 years and trained in the U.S.A, Europe and South Korea. He has a wide level of experience in insurance, industrial marketing, international business and educational soft skills enrichment training with numerous multi-national corporations. Ivan’s approachable personality propels his urge to influence, inspire and empower people at all levels to peak in their performance capability, leading to become a motivational corporate trainer and a consultant. Through his natural enthusiasm and interpersonal communication coupled with his dynamic training, distributors of these organisations were motivated to aim at achieving corporate objectives.

Ivan has also conducted Critical Enabling Skills Training (CREST) programmes endorsed by the Productivity Standard Board Singapore, to working adults from various industry segments. An experienced School Family Education trainer and speaker, he has also contributed in Citibank – YMCA “Youth for Causes” Voluntary Welfare Organisation Fund-raising program as a mentor in entrepreneurship skills for their youth team since 2006. He also specialises in brain building (right brain enrichment) and the 8 Multiple Intelligences (8MI) programmes.
